In practice well over 30 years I have dealt with many different & difficult issues. Being a pragmatist at heart, I believe that therapy should be tailored to a person's needs, as no two individuals are alike. Therefore I employ a variety of approaches, theories and techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, in an eclectic and flexible manner. I have experience treating Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Relationship Issues, Career Problems, Sexual Abuse, Self-Esteem issues and Obsessive/Compulsive Disorders. A good portion of my practice consists of Couples Counseling. I work with the LGBT community. I provide short-term and long-term psychotherapy.
